How to Book Christmas Grotto Tickets For a Member
First please select the date you wish to visit us and then click Next Step
Please make sure you are signed into your Membership account. If you see a Red Person in the top right corner, this means you need to login. Click on it.
Enter your login details. Please make sure you are logged into the account used to set up your membership. If you cannot remember your login password, click "Forgotten Your Password?"
A "Members Christmas" category will now appear. Please select it to book your grotto session/breakfast.
If the pass holder is over 4yrs old, please select the top option. If the pass holder is 1-3yrs old, please select the middle option. If the pass holder is an adult, please select the bottom option. You may only book one members ticket per pass holder. Family Annual Pass Holders may book up to 4 grotto tickets.
If you are visiting with non-members, or need to book a guardian admission to accompany the membership holder, book this as you normally would at standard prices in the Christmas section.
Select your booking time. This time is for your grotto visit to see Santa. You may check in any time from 10am to enjoy the park facilities.
Once you have selected your time and booked all of your necessary tickets, enter your card details and press checkout to book.
And you're done! You're booked in to see Santa!
